Co-Owner, Managing Member Bayou Education Partners Group is an education consulting, professional learning, and innovation company co-founded by Dr. Brandie Wolsefer and Dr. Kelly Pizani. Together, they bring extensive experience in special education, literacy, assessment, educational leadership, research, professional development, data-informed improvement, and systems-level support. Bayou Education Partners Group partners with schools, districts, educators, and leadership teams to strengthen academic, behavioral, and instructional systems through practical, research-based solutions. Services include professional development, instructional coaching, special education support, literacy and writing development, behavior and MTSS systems, educational assessment, data analysis, program evaluation, leadership development, and continuous improvement planning. A central part of their work is the Connected Writing Framework™, a structured instructional model designed to strengthen the connection between thinking, language, communication, writing, and reading. The framework guides students through five connected stages—Hear It, Think It, Say It, Write It, and Read It—while giving educators a consistent, practical structure that can be used across grade levels, content areas, intervention settings, and a wide range of student learning needs. What makes this work different is that it is not being developed from the outside looking in. It is being led by educators who have spent years inside classrooms, schools, and district systems working directly with students and teachers. Too often, programs are created for teachers without enough input from the people who will actually be expected to use them. Our approach begins with educators. We listen to teachers, study what is happening in real classrooms, examine the data, and build practical solutions that can actually be implemented within the realities of a school day. The Connected Writing Framework™ grew from that same philosophy: give teachers a practical, connected process they can use across grade levels, content areas, and student needs—without adding another disconnected initiative to their plates.

Founder and Executive Director Limitless Horizons Lounge is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit currently in the building development phase, with a mission to create meaningful opportunities for adults with disabilities to live, learn, connect, and thrive. The organization is being built to provide supportive adult day programming, community-based experiences, life-skills development, and future employment opportunities that promote independence, purpose, and belonging. Our long-term vision includes an inclusive restaurant concept and expansion into additional communities, creating spaces where every individual is valued for their strengths and empowered to reach beyond perceived limitations.

Co-Owner, Managing Member Blood River Patriots is a Louisiana-based, veteran- and family-owned business founded by Dr. Brandie Wolsefer and Ray Wolsefer Jr. and rooted in faith, family, freedom, preparedness, and responsible firearm ownership. What began as a shared passion for firearms, education, and self-reliance has grown into a broader family venture focused on serving individuals who value knowledge, safety, quality, and informed decision-making. Blood River Patriots offers firearms-related products, ammunition, accessories, gunsmithing services, educational resources, training, and participation in gun shows and community events. Education is an important part of the Blood River Patriots mission. The goal is not simply to sell products, but to help customers better understand the equipment they own, the ammunition they choose, and the responsibility that comes with firearm ownership.
